Depending on what you ordered, most products are shipped within 24-48 hours. However large orders and orders requiring special shipping or handling needs will take longer. We will offer full refunds on Venetian plasters and colors under the following conditions. 1. -They have not been tinted with color. 2. -Buckets or bottles were not opened or used. 3. -We MUST be notified by FAX (866-380.5557) within 7 days of purchase and you must receive an RA# (Return Authroization number). 4. -You will not be refunded the shipping cost. If your shipping was FREE, we will deduct the cost of shipping to you. 5. -The buyer must return the items in the same condition received and must pay for return shipping. 6. -A 10% restocking fee will be charged.
